Marcy Lamb has 35 years experience in municipal finance and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Organizational Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Mrs. Lamb’s former experience was for the City of Ponca City, Oklahoma and the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma where she served as the Finance Director/CFO for 27 years.  

Mrs. Lamb has been active in the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada, and the Municipal Clerks, Treasurers and Finance Officials of Oklahoma.  She served as a Trustee for the Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund for 28 years.  She is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma.  She was chosen by the Journal Record Woman of the Year Program as one of 50 Making a Difference in 2012 and 2014.
