How do I speak at City Council Meetings?
Those wishing to address the City Council must complete the Public Meeting Appearance Card and present it to the City Secretary prior to the matter being reached. Groups wishing to address the same issue are encouraged to select a spokesperson. The Public Meeting Appearance Card is available prior to any public meeting from city staff or on the city's website.
