The Haslet Municipal Court is rescheduling all defendants, jurors, and witnesses set for a hearing or trial from March 16, 2020 through and including April 3, 2020. You will receive a written notice from the Court advising you of the new date, time, and location of your hearing, trial, or jury service
NOTE: Court locations will remain open to the public during regular business hours.
As a result of the current Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) threat the Haslet Municipal Court is encouraging the public to do the following as relates to any Criminal citation/cases a person may have with the Haslet Municipal Court:
1. Please ensure you review the options you have on the back of the electronic citation, and our city website http://haslet.org/193/Municipal-Court
2. Go to our website at http://haslet.org/193/Municipal-Court or call our mainline at 817-439-5931 M-F 8am-5pm. (In many instances you can address your citation online or through the mail and not have to appear in person).
3. If you believe you are sick, or have been exposed to someone who is sick, or a member of a high risk group according to the Center for Disease Control please exercise the following options to address your citation without entering a court facility:
a. Visit our website http://haslet.org/193/Municipal-Court for information.
b. Visit www.trafficpayment.com to request Deferred Disposition (If eligible),
to pay the fine in full, or to make a payment plan payment.
