Patricia Hilborn and her husband Dennis moved to Haslet in July 1986. Her community participation includes serving on Haslet's Library Board and 4B Economic Development Corporation. She earned a B.A. in English from Texas Woman's University and a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Texas Christian University. Dennis is a former member of the Haslet Fire Department and served on the city's Planning and Zoning Commission.
