Utility Accounts and Billing
The Utility Billing Department is responsible for setting up new water service accounts, billing residential and commercial water and wastewater services, and billing residential trash services.
Effective October 1, 2019, residential water and sewer rates increased. Please see Ord 033-2019 (PDF) for details.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Haslet does NOT provide water and trash services to areas outside of Haslet city limits.
For your convenience, a list of Haslet Streets (PDF) is provided to confirm if Haslet provides your water and trash services. You may also check by going to the Tarrant Appraisal District and entering your address in the "Property Search" box. If you do not see "CITY OF HASLET" listed as a taxing entity, you are not located in the City of Haslet and we do not provide service to your address.
Some area subdivisions that are NOT in Haslet city limits include Sendera Ranch, Haslet Heights, Lonesome Dove, Blue Mound Estates, North Ridge Estates, Willow Springs Ranch, Willow Springs East & West, Aston Meadows, Avondale Farms, Highland Springs, Van Zandt Farms, Sun Valley Estates, Spring Ranch, Songbird Estates, Emerald Park, and Dorado Ranch.
